Spending a little time in Orangehaus on this rainy Sunday

To be completely honest, I don’t feel right. Every single time Hannah and I broke up I was hurt but this time I feel crippled. I am still the individual I was when we were together. Somehow rather than feeling set free by the break up I feel cut off. I can only hope somewhere in Muncie she is fighting the same feeling. I have spent time with friends, had a solid laugh or two, and moved on with my life like a confident person would but I am not losing this feeling that a big part of me is gone. Even with all the odds stacked against me I have some fragment of hope left that I can love Hannah again. I don’t hate her and I hope she knows that. Even if I am wrong and I will never see her again I wish I knew she smiled when my name comes up in her mind. Maybe I am not meant to be her husband, but I hope the memories we shared bring her solace. The only regret I could ever live with is knowing that my place in her life left her burdened. Being in love with someone is such a beautiful experience. I wish her love for me had lasted the test of time. We made a great team
